Mr. Manoj C. Benjamin, B Comm.,B.Soc., Chairman and co-founder Royal IndianRaj International Corporation (RIRIC) . He has over twenty years of extensive experience in business leadership serving as Vice-President of three real estate development firms and president of three other real estate and development companies involving management and sales throughout Canada. His experience covers property portfolio management, real estate acquisition, project development, construction, sales, leasing, and mortgage financing in residential and commercial properties.

Under his vision and leadership, RIRIC has amassed the largest corporate land library with over forty major sites in the Indian nation with a view of corporatizing and improving these major land sites with large-scale environmentally-friendly integrated township and city developments utilizing the latest technologies. Capital for these developments would be assessed from the International and Domestic markets. His vision and drive have cultivated significant industrial and political contacts at high levels in North America and in India.RIRIC inaugural project Royal city is located on 1,015 acres in Bangalore, India within 5kms proximity to the proposed international airport and 15km to the downtown core.

RIRIC proposes to launch a European Sub City mixed-use development in late 2003. The City is anticipated to cost $788M (USD) and have a retail value of $2.4B(USD) and will be built over a 8-10 year duration. The ‘European Style Sub City’ and themed city as the development is envisaged, would comprise of approximately a 31.3million sq. ft. of built-up space, developed over an 8-year timeframe, and is Asia’s largest real estate development. The development would comprise of 7,500 European-style residential units, a central business district for MNC’s with a High TechPark, an industrial district, an entertainment district with a Disney StylePark, parks, restaurants, shopping, educational facilities, civic amenities etc. One hundred and fifty to three hundred thousand people are anticipated to Live/Work /Play daily.
